Agency Power Partner Agreement
This agreement is between Get Amplified Marketing ("we," "us," "our") and the Power Partner agency signing below ("you," "your," "Power Partner").

1. What This Agreement Is
This is a fulfillment partnership. You bring clients. We do the work. You own the client relationship. We stay behind the scenes (unless you tell your clients otherwise).
This agreement is written in plain language. It is not a legal document prepared by attorneys, but it is binding on both parties.
Any agreements outside of these parameters will have an addendum if needed.
2. How We Work Together
You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Get Amplified Marketing. We are not an employee of your agency. We each run our own businesses. This agreement defines how we work together when you bring us clients to fulfill.
3. Engagement Models
There are three ways we can work together. You pick the one that fits, and we can mix them. For example, you can be on revenue share for most clients but send us a referral here and there. If you want to change your primary model, we'll amend this agreement in writing.
Revenue Share
You sell the client. You bill the client. We do the work. We split the revenue.
The split is 70% to you, 30% to us.
This applies to the setup fee, the monthly recurring fee, and any upsells we fulfill.
Flat Fee
You tell us exactly what you want done. Different scopes have different pricing.
You pay us our fee. You mark it up however you want. We don't see what you charge your client and we don't need to.
If flat fee is your engagement model, there will be an addendum to this document that outlines the specific scope and pricing.
Referral
You send us a lead. We take it from there. We handle the sales conversation, we close the deal, we own the client relationship.
Your referral percentage will be provided separately.
You get nothing from the setup fee. We pay you by the 10th of each month for the previous month's earnings.
4. Billing and Fees
Here's how the money works:
Activation Payment
Upon indicating that you accept this agreement, you'll be brought to a payment link page. A payment button will appear, and executing the payment fully agrees to the terms of this agreement and finalizes it.
This payment is a $25 monthly payment, which establishes your master sub-account in our system. This also establishes your payment method on file.
After Payment
After payment is made, a brief onboarding form will be sent to you from our agency if any of the following apply:
- We are building a website for your agency
- We are deploying our onboarding processes into your agency
- You will be using Slack channels or ClickUp instances
We will also request any custom code or API credentials we may need to collect from you.
Security
All custom code, API credentials, and sensitive information are securely stored using enterprise-grade, end-to-end encrypted, zero-knowledge password management. We use the same security standards as ProtonPass, meaning even we cannot access your credentials without your authorization.
Subsequent Client Fees
Every client account we create for you also has a $25 monthly platform access fee. This $25 will be deducted from the subscription for that related sub-account.
Purpose of the Sub-Account
The sub-account created in the Get Amplified Marketing agency serves for tracking purposes and as a sandbox of items to be fulfilled in your client's actual sub-account.
In some cases, we will deploy snapshots from our account into your client's account. This allows us to maintain a clean version within our agency sub-account. If there are any errors or any need for updates, the update occurs in our version first, and we then push the update to your client's account.
Your client's account is always the live account. No communication with anyone's clients occurs in our sub-account.
Service Fees
The billing for services at the prices we've agreed to will be processed as a subscription to your payment method on file, which was established with your activation payment.
All services include a setup fee and a monthly recurring fee. Setup fees are due before work begins. Monthly fees are ongoing for as long as the client is active.
Referral Payments
For referrals, we handle everything directly with the end client. We pay you your agreed referral percentage by the 10th of each month.
Failed Payments
If a monthly payment or a set of payments fails, we will make three attempts to process that payment. It will also turn into an invoice. If payment is not remedied within three days, that particular client account will be paused and no work will be done until payment is received.
Any exception to this is at the sole discretion of Get Amplified Marketing.
5. What We Do: The Five Pillars
We fulfill services across our five-pillar system. Depending on what you've sold your client, we deliver any combination of the following:

5Website, SEO, and Visibility
This pillar is NOT included in this fulfillment agreement. Website, SEO, and visibility services require a separate agreement.
However, we will fulfill the following under this agreement:
- GoHighLevel websites
- GoHighLevel funnel pages
Note on Voice and Chat AI Deployment
When it comes to voice AI and chat AI (Pillars 3 and 4), we have several different methods to deploy them. The specific approach will be addressed in direct meetings and is not covered in this agreement. We will work with you to use the method that is most cost-effective for your agency and the best fit for your client.

NOTE: As of January 1, 2026, A2P compliance rules changed significantly. Carriers now require Business Registration Numbers (EIN) for all verification, and enforcement has become stricter across all channels. A2P compliance is not guaranteed and we cannot guarantee that phone numbers will be approved.

8. What We Do: Custom Tools and Integrations
N8N Workflows
We will deploy N8N workflows to remedy any issues or needs within your client accounts or your agency account.
Custom Tools
In some cases, we are willing to build custom tools to fulfill a service. However, any custom tool that we build is the sole property and intellectual property of Get Amplified Marketing. In the event this agreement terminates, those custom tools will no longer work.
Signature Visibility Engine
Our Signature Visibility Engine, which may run on your agency website or any of your client websites if so elected, will only work during the term of this agreement. Upon exiting this agreement, those functions, which are the intellectual property of Get Amplified Marketing, are also turned off.
API and Technical Connections
We will make any API connections, GoHighLevel private integration token connections, and other technical integrations needed to complete the work.
However, any integrations that require token usage (bearer tokens, authentications, etc.), those costs are at the expense of you, the Power Partner, not Get Amplified Marketing.
The Power Partner agrees to provide any necessary API tokens or bearer tokens as needed.
Shared Access to Our Platforms
Get Amplified Marketing has many custom solutions and access to many platforms that we pay for. If one of our purchased systems is needed to complete a build, and there can be shared access, we will provide that for you. Our goal is to fulfill your needs and satisfy your fulfillment requirements.
If this agreement ends, that shared access also ends, along with any functions related to it.
Your Existing Tools
We will make every effort to be proficient in any tools you presently use. If we are not experienced with a particular tool, we ask that you provide documentation on how it works or allow us time to understand its basic usage.
Proprietary SMS Method
We have a proprietary method that does not require A2P compliance and allows you to send SMS messages immediately. This method has a small warm-up sequence at the beginning. Once fully warmed up, there is no limit to how many messages you can send.
We can deploy this on any of your client's sub-accounts. An additional $49 per month, per number, will be added to the subscription for that client's sub-account.
9. Project Timeline
When Work Begins
Client fulfillment work begins when two things occur:
- The end client (your client) has provided all the items needed to perform the work.
- You, the Power Partner agency, have been clear on what needs to be fulfilled.
Until both conditions are met, work does not start.
Timeline
We request a maximum of 30 days to complete standard builds. Actual timeline depends on complexity.
Custom Builds (Up to 90 Days)
For full custom builds and custom solution builds, the timeline can extend up to 90 days. These are NOT included in the scope of this agreement and are priced separately.
Custom builds include but are not limited to:
- Custom software solutions
- Custom CRM backends
- Custom automation systems
- Custom API integrations
- Custom database solutions
- Custom web applications
- Custom reporting dashboards
- Custom client portals
- Custom calculators and tools
- Data migration systems
- Third-party platform integrations
- Webhook architectures
- Custom AI implementations
- White-label software builds
If you can dream it, there's a 99% chance we can fulfill it.
We have full-stack developers, AI software engineers, and agentic AI specialists on staff. We do not vibe code. We actually code. All of our deliverables are production-ready and enterprise-grade.
All custom builds are security-hardened and built with secure architecture. Ongoing maintenance and support is available.
If you have a problem that needs a custom solution, bring it to us. If it can be built, we can build it.
How It Works
We do not conduct a discovery call with your clients. We do not send them an onboarding form. That's your job.
However, we are willing to perform the live client onboarding at an additional fee. The onboarding fee is a flat $150 per onboarding. Onboardings must be scheduled directly on an onboarding calendar that we will provide to your agency.
Once you provide us the information from your own onboarding process, we go directly into the build phase. If there's a deficiency in what you've collected, we will help you remedy that deficiency.
Timeline varies based on:
- Complexity of requirements
- Number of integrations needed
- Your response time on questions we have
- Custom functionality requests
- Completeness of the information you provide
10. Additional Services
Agency Website Build
If you want a custom website for your agency built on our React/Astro platform with full SEO, AEO, and AI-generated content, that requires a separate Pillar 5 agreement.
Onboarding Support
If you need it, we can provide:
- Training on how to onboard your own clients
- An onboarding sequence that mirrors what we use internally, set up in your account
Consulting and Coaching
We are always available, within reason, for any consulting on your agency needs. This includes:
- Workflow changes
- How to price things
- How to explain things to your clients
- General agency strategy
This is at no additional cost. Just let us know you want to talk and we'll set up a video call.
Agency Account Support
We will also help you with any issues in your own main agency sub-account. See "Access Levels" below for what's possible depending on the access you grant us.
11. What's Not Included
If you ask for something outside of what we agreed to, we'll handle it one of two ways:
- If it's minor and reasonable, we may just do it
- If it's a bigger ask, we'll scope it out and bill it as a separate project
We're not going to nickel and dime you, but we're also not going to let scope creep eat into the work.
12. Upsells
If you sell your client something additional and you want us to fulfill it, we'll work out the terms. It may follow the same revenue share, or we may agree to a flat fee for that specific upsell. We'll figure it out together before work begins.
13. What You Do
You handle:
- Finding and closing clients
- Onboarding your clients (collecting their info, setting expectations)
- Being the first point of contact when your client has a question or issue
- Billing your clients (unless you're on the referral model, in which case we handle that)
- Getting us the information we need to do the work
14. Access Levels
To do the work, we need access to your systems. There are two options:
Option 1: Agency-Level Admin Access (Recommended)
For the best experience, give us agency-level admin access. This allows us to:
- Address issues inside your agency related to pricing
- Fix SaaS configurator issues
- Adjust notification emails for your internal workflows
- Provide full support on agency-level functions
If you grant us agency-level admin access, we will set up a custom menu link within your agency's primary sub-account where you can submit information on new clients. The form will include:
- Your agency's name
- The client's business name
- The client's full name
- Any pricing information we need to know (if applicable)
- A brief synopsis of what items need to be deployed
Option 2: Sub-Account Access Only
If you prefer, you can give us access only to the specific sub-accounts you want us to work in. This is fine, but understand that we cannot do certain functions that require agency-level access. We won't be able to help with pricing configurations, SaaS settings, or agency-wide workflow issues.
Agency-level access is not required, but we can provide better service if we have it.
Slack Channel
Every Power Partner agency has the opportunity to join a private Slack channel where we can communicate regarding new clients or any support issues. Please bear in mind we do not have a 24/7 support channel, but we will get to you in a priority manner.
Project Management
Your clients' projects will be managed within our ClickUp workspace. You will be given access to your clients' projects if you would like.
If you have your own ClickUp workspace, we will mirror the data from your workspace into our workspace. We will work within our workspace. Our workspace will one-way sync to your projects in your workspace.
15. White-Label vs Gray-Label
White-Label
Your clients never know we exist. All communication uses your branding. We stay invisible.
If something leaks (an email footer, a login screen, anything), we fix it. If your client finds out about us somehow, you handle that conversation. We'll support you however we can, but it's your relationship.
You agree not to disclose that Get Amplified Marketing is fulfilling the work.
Gray-Label
You tell your clients that Get Amplified Marketing is your fulfillment partner for this type of service. No secrets. No issue.
When you sign this agreement, you'll indicate which approach you're using. You can operate differently for different clients if needed; just let us know.
16. Confidentiality and Communication
To fulfill the work, certain key members of our staff will need access to your systems. Depending on the access level you grant us, we may have the ability to see everything in your account.
We agree not to use your business information for anything other than fulfilling the work under this agreement. We won't share your client lists, pricing, or internal processes with anyone outside of our team.
If you're white-label, we also agree not to contact your clients directly unless you ask us to or it's necessary to complete the work.
Client Communication
In the event we do need to reach out to one of your clients, we will use one of two communication channels:
- Your direct SMS number within your Conversations all-in-one inbox
- The email set up in your all-in-one inbox inside your GoHighLevel instance
This way, you can see every conversation we have. No communication will occur with your client outside of your all-in-one inbox.
The only exception is if you are gray-label and have told your client that we are the fulfillment partner. In that case, we will communicate directly with your client.
Protecting the Relationship
In the event that your client ever tries to contract us directly to perform any services or asks us about pricing, we will not share any pricing or details about our agreement with that client. If they require additional services, they will be referred back to your agency.
At no time and under no circumstances will we provide pricing or work outside of this agreement. We ask that you honor the same.
17. How Long This Lasts
This agreement is ongoing until either of us decides to end it.
If you want out, give us 30 days written notice. If we want out, we'll give you 30 days written notice.
When the agreement ends, here's what happens:
- Any active client work in progress will be completed or transitioned, depending on what makes sense
- You'll still owe any outstanding fees for work already done
- Any custom tools, N8N workflows, or Signature Visibility Engine features we built will stop working
- We'll work together to make the transition smooth
18. Liability
We'll do good work. But we're not responsible for things outside our control.
Our liability to you is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 12 months before whatever issue comes up. We're not liable for lost profits, lost clients, or anything indirect.
You're responsible for your relationship with your clients. If your client is unhappy, that's between you and them. If we made a mistake, we'll fix it, but we're not going to get dragged into disputes between you and your client.
19. Disputes
If we have a disagreement, let's talk it out first. Most things can be resolved with a conversation.
If we can't work it out, we agree to handle it through binding arbitration in Hillsborough County, Florida. Florida law governs this agreement.
Neither of us will go to court over this. Arbitration is faster, cheaper, and less painful for everyone.
20. The Rest
This is the whole agreement. Anything we discussed before signing that isn't in here doesn't count.
If we want to change something, we do it in writing and both sign off.
You can't hand off this agreement to someone else without our approval. Same goes for us.
