Agency Growth Roadmap

A 90-day plan to go from solo operator to scaled agency. Follow the checklist, build the foundation, and know exactly when you're ready for fulfillment support.

1

Days 1-30

Foundation

Before you can scale, you need a clear offer and a repeatable way to win clients. This month is about getting the basics locked in.

Define your core offer and pricing

Pick one service bundle, set your price, and write it down. Don't try to be everything to everyone.

Set up GHL and basic automations

Get on Go High Level, configure your pipeline, and build at least one automated follow-up sequence.

Land 3 new clients using outbound

Cold email, cold call, DMs, local networking. The channel doesn't matter. Closing 3 deals proves the offer works.

2

Days 31-60

Systems

You've got paying clients. Now build the systems that let you serve them without burning out. This is what separates freelancers from agencies.

Document your onboarding process

Write down every step from signed contract to first deliverable. If it's in your head, it doesn't scale.

Build your client delivery workflow

Create templates, checklists, and automations for recurring tasks. Your clients should get consistent results every time.

Create your first case study

Pick your best client result and document it. Before and after numbers, the process you used, and the outcome. This becomes your best sales asset.

3

Days 61-90

Scale

You've got clients, you've got systems. Now it's time to grow beyond what you can personally deliver. This is where partnerships change the game.

Evaluate fulfillment partnership readiness

Are you turning down work? Struggling with delivery quality? Spending more time building than selling? If yes, you're ready.

Add 2 new service lines via white-label

Stop saying "we don't do that." With a fulfillment partner, you can offer SEO, reputation management, web design, and more without hiring a single person.

Hire for sales, outsource for delivery

Your first hire should be someone who sells, not someone who builds. Let your fulfillment partner handle delivery while you focus on growth.
